The CNC Panel Simulator with Machine Simulation

Edsolab CNC Panel Simulator (CPS) incorporates the same equipment one would find on a standard CNC machine utilizing Siemens/ Fanuc state-of-the-art Controls. With a multi-point touch screen and a broad array of push button controls, students can program, configure, and run a multitude of different operations common in the CNC machining industry.

This simulator can run from a mill to a lathe with a simple parameter change. The simulator can run different control version of Siemens / Fanuc depends on the option chosen. The simulator is equipped with the 15.6-inch Intuitive touch screen allowing the user to view the live machine movement, tooling, and part machining.

Light Weight Design

Designed for the classroom environment, this unit easily sits on a desktop and is portable.

Part Programming and CAM Interface

The CPS allows the user to experience the same feel of working in real machine with the similar size of control display and keys. The users can perform programming and simulation effortlessly with the virtual machine simulation. The seamless multiport connectivity allows external CAM program testing and simulation in the virtual machine by selecting from the library or by creating the user defined machine specifications.

Connectivity

A built-in USB port allows the use of external USB drives and flash memory devices for program storage, transfer, and DNC operations. Ethernet and WIFI connectivity allow easy access to local networks. The HDMI port allows the teachers to connect to the larger screen for demonstration and teaching purpose.

Mill & Lathe Control

The CNC Panel Simulator can be initialized as both a mill controls and a lathe control.

Multiple Control Panel

The CNC Panel Simulator (CPS) can be initialized with a different control panel from Siemens and Fanuc.
