The laboratory consists of the following equipment:
NTC-15.21 “Antitheft system with immobilizer”
The training laboratory equipment is designed for laboratory work on studying the operating principle and programming the general functions of the anti-theft system.
NTC-15.25 “Airbag and seat belts”
The stand gives opportunity to carry out multiple tests of airbag, as well as to study the design and the operating principle of the seat belt pretensioner.
NTC-15.40.1 “Supply system of Multi Point Injection engine”
The stand provides visual studying the functioning of the control system of the injection engine of a vehicle, diagnosing and measuring performance characteristics of the elements of the control system of the injection engine. The stand provides possibility of direct electrical measurements in the circuits of the systems under study, as well as the input of faults with their subsequent diagnostics and adjustment of parameters.
NTC-15.40.2 “Multi Point Injection engine control system (MPI) М1”
The stand provides visibility when studying the functioning of the control system of the injection engine of a vehicle, allows to diagnose and measure the performance characteristics of the elements of the control system of the injection engine. The stand provides the possibility of direct electrical measurements in the circuits of the systems under study, as well as the input of faults with their subsequent diagnostics and adjustment of parameters.
NTC-15.41.1 “Vehicle hydraulic brake gear with anti-lock brake system (ABS)”
The training laboratory equipment allows to study the design and operating principles elements of the hydraulic brake system. At the stand is mounted the actual hydraulic break system of VAZ-2109 vehicle.
NTC-15.43.2 “Lighting and signalling system in vehicles M1”
The stand is designed to conduct the laboratory and practical experiment on studying the structure and operation principle of lightning and signalizing system of vehicles the training system fully implement lightning and signalizing system of VAZ-2108 / Volkswagen Golf 5 according to the system installed in real vehicle. The color band coding corresponds to real system installed in the vehicle and foreseen the opportunity of electrical measurings the circuits of the vehicle system under study, as well as faults input with its diagnostic.
NTC-15.42 “Ignition systems and generators of vehicles”
The stand allows to study a contact and non-contact ignition systems, as well as the structure and characteristics of the system elements.
NTC-15.45 “Test the operating principle of generators and starters”
The stand is designed to check the technical condition of generator units and starters removed from vehicles at idle mode.
NTC-15.93 “Cutaway model of the chassis of a front wheel drive vehicle with a petrol motor”
The cutaway model is designed to demonstrate and study the design, the principle of operation of the main components and units of a front-wheel drive car with a petrol engine (gearbox, suspension, steering gear, cooling system).
NTC-15.94 “Cutaway model of the chassis of a rear drive vehicle with diesel motor”
The cutaway model is designed to demonstrate and study the design, the principle of operation of the main components and units of a rear-wheel drive car with a diesel engine (diesel engine, gearbox, suspension, steering gear, cooling system).
NTC-15.26 “Injection system FSI”
The stand provides opportunity for studying, diagnostics and troubleshooting of gasoline engine injection system FSI (Fuel Stratified Injection).
